Building a better boat, from concept to completion
DESIGN
Each hull in our fleet was designed to provide a smooth, quick-planing ride with an optimal blend of stability and agile handling characteristics. The result? A crowd-pleasing boat that’s ready to handle any offshore excursion.
Incorporating innovative and practical features, like our patented sliding side door and forward-facing windshield, we seek to elevate the boating experience with features that intuitively make each day on the water undeniably more enjoyable.
CONSTRUCTION
Using proven techniques, like screw-free methacrylate bonding, neatly tucked Deutsch connector wiring, and our reinforced stringer system, we construct our boats to withstand the most punishing of conditions and demanding environments.
FINISH
With unrivaled attention to detail, we put the finishing touches on each boat we build. Whether it’s buffing paint to a gorgeously polished finish, customizing upholstery and stitching, or configuring and calibrating customized electronic packages, each boat is carefully customized to meet its owner’s needs.
QUALITY CONTROL
Before being delivered to its owner or to a dealership, each of our boats undergoes a thorough quality control inspection designed to ensure our boats exceed ABYC and NMMA standards.
It starts in our factory with an in-depth hull inspection, along with comprehensive reviews of all decking, plumbing, and electrical systems. We follow each inspection up with a rigorous sea trial designed to put every aspect of our construction to the test and finish with a final review to ensure the highest quality standards.
DELIVERY
When your Belzona boat is ready to be delivered, it’s carefully trailered, shrink-wrapped, and transported to you in pristine condition. Upon delivery, we’ll walk through all systems and operation with you, making sure you’re ready to start confidently enjoying your boat right away.
Throughout your ownership, we’ll be available around the clock to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Should the need to service your boat arise, we’ll gladly send one of our technicians to you or make sure to get you quickly set up at your nearest Belzona service center.
